Yom Berekha

Blessed are You, Adonai our Elohim, King of the universe, who explains to me the need to examine myself. I must turn my eyes inward, without hypocrisy, to truthfully see all that I am not. It is imperative that I also see the areas that require repentance and teshuvah, fixin’ what was wrong that I may again become right. For it is only when I have examined the log in my own eye that I can see clearly to help others. Abba, Father, may I always look within myself with honesty and openness, and may I always turn to You for help in fixin’ what needs to be fixed. Amein!
